Specialist\nNote - Shift Timings: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST/Hybrid\nAbout the Role\nLead the day-to-day US/Canada payroll process, including terminations and off-cycle processes , Timekeeping controls.\nEnsure timely and accurate end-to-end, on-cycle payroll process\nConfirm required controls are validated and cleared as part of routine payroll processing; raise any exceptions or discrepancies.\nKeep Payroll processing documentation updated (e.g., data collection templates, processing schedule, checklist, SOPs, intranet)\nHandle the employee support ticketing system and ensure SLA's are maintained with world-class customer support\nWork and support the Payroll team on day to day payroll activities.\nPrepare and or assist with specific ad-hoc payroll reports\nCollaborate with the internal stakeholders for payroll inputs clarifications.\nManage Payroll and Tax reconciliations, Oracle vs ADP smart compliance reports.\nSupport various internal and external audits, domestic and international.\nParticipate in new system implementations and or improvements related to payroll process and perform user testing\nWhat You'll Do\nEnd-to-End Payroll Execution\nHandle end-to-end in-house payroll processing for the US and Canada regions.\nExecute and oversee payroll operations utilizing Oracle Fusion for core processing and ADP SmartCompliance for tax, garnishments, and agency payments.\nExecute regular, off-cycle, year end and retroactive payroll runs accurately and within established deadlines.\nEnsure the accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, commissions, equity transactions, and deductions.\nProcess Improvement, Data & Technology\nAct as the system subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Payroll and ADP SmartCompliance.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and strengthen payroll processes and controls.\nUse payroll, employee, and compensation data to identify trends, exceptions, potential exposures, and opportunities for improvement.\nExplore and apply automation and other technology solutions to improve payroll analysis, compliance, controls, and stakeholder support.\nBasic Qualifications\nOverall 4 to 6 years of US and Canada payroll experience within a multinational organization or similarly complex environment.\nDeep hands-on experience handling end-to-end payroll operations for the US and Canada regions.\nExtensive experience processing in-house payroll using Oracle Fusion and adp smartcompliance.\nDemonstrated experience utilizing ADP SmartCompliance for tax filing, garnishments, and compliance.\nStrong technical knowledge of US federal, state, local, and Canadian provincial payroll requirements.\nWillingness and ability to work the expected shift timing of 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business,
