entity implementations and migrations from inception through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring a seamless transition to go-live.\n\nUnblock dependencies by collaborating with cross-functional partners in Global Benefits, Equity, Mobility, and Cash Management to align on shared methodology.\n\nBuild and maintain robust standard operating procedures and technical documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across all regions.\n\nDrive measurable improvements in the Global Payroll function by identifying opportunities for automation and strategic metric reporting.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nBA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\n4+ years of professional experience in payroll or finance operations.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nProven experience in a lead or supervisory role managing complex processes.\n\nSubject matter expertise in payroll process and compliance for at least one major region (APAC, EMEA, or LatAm).\n\nExperience working with multiple payroll providers and large-scale payroll systems.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead through influence and build strategic relationships across different regional levels and
