Rate of Pay: $237,682 to $285,219 per Year

What you’ll do
- Build scalable platforms, drive cost savings, enhance overall reliability and improve efficiency of operational processes.
Internalize and understand Uber's mission and strategies, as well as the mission and objectives of the team.
- Distill vision and strategy for the team and align all members of the cross-functional team.
- Understand needs of users and potential users as well as various lines of business to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for product area.
- Drive cross-functional teams to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals that result in concrete products and execution plans.
- Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into the product development process.
- Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to a spectrum of audiences, including internal partners and leadership teams.
- Understand data and uncover ways to iterate on effectiveness, usage, and quality.
- Build plans to grow and scale existing products through high-velocity experimentation.
- Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and lines of businesses to build next features.
- May telecommute.
Basic Qualifications
- Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, and four years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
- Position requires:
- Delivering products;
- Product design;
- Analyzing data to drive strategic decisions;
- Informing and evaluating engineering decisions including defining APIs, access channels, and frameworks;
- User experience;
- Building consumer/marketplace products;
- Knowledge of payments domain;
- Experience with managing billing/reporting products in an organization.
