workstreams.\nUse data to monitor program health, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline manual tasks and improve team workflows using modern program management tooling.\nBasic Qualifications\n2+ years of professional experience in program management, project management, or a related operational role.\nProven ability to organize tasks, manage schedules, and drive cross-functional projects to completion.\nFoundational understanding of the program lifecycle and the ability to organize complex requirements into structured plans.\nExperience using program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or equivalent) to track progress and report metrics.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates to project stakeholders.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in a high-growth or fast-paced corporate environment.\nDemonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain organization across multiple workstreams.\nProficiency in driving efficiencies through process definition, documentation, and runbooks.\nA proactive mindset: Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle hands-on operational
