needs in a fast-paced environment.\nManage revenue pipelines with urgency and discipline, balancing quick wins with deals that require months of persistent trust-building.\nCommunicate clearly and negotiate confidently through difficult partner conversations, utilizing data to influence decision-makers and secure stakeholder support.\nAdapt to evolving marketplace feedback and provide insights to technical teams to inform future ads product roadmaps.\nBasic Qualifications\n8+ years of experience in advertising sales or agency environments.\nNative level of Spanish and fluent English\nExperience building and managing a multi-million euros advertising business.\nProficiency in establishing partnership plans and growing business demand with agency leadership.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCreative storyteller with a proven ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence C-level decision-makers.\nDemonstrated ability to thrive in a high-ambiguity environment and adapt approach based on market dynamics.\nStrong network across the local agency landscape with a track record of building trust through awareness and reliability.\nValues-aligned mindset demonstrating resilience, resourcefulness, and a \"go-get-it\" attitude toward complex
