Role\nPortfolio Management: Directly manage high-impact VR partners while overseeing approximately 50 additional VR accounts, ensuring effective portfolio management and sustainable growth.\nC-Level Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to identify new opportunities and strengthen strategic partnerships.\n Strategic Planning: Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs), driving commercial growth, partner investment, and long-term business sustainability.\nCross-functional Leadership: Proactively lead collaboration with internal stakeholders to balance VR-specific business needs, consumer demand, operational quality, and commercial priorities.\n Performance Insights: Monitor the WoW (ways of working) rhythm of the business, utilizing data to identify hidden trends and proactively address performance gaps while maintaining portfolio quality.\nThe Experience You'll Bring\nBasic Qualifications\nExperience: Proven track record in Solution Selling and managing large-scale enterprise accounts or complex partner portfolios.\nNegotiation & Influence: Strong communication skills with experience negotiating with C-level stakeholders and influencing both external partners and internal cross-functional teams.\nStrategic Execution: Ability to develop solid Joint Business Plans (JBPs), balance multiple business priorities, and drive execution to achieve commercial and operational targets.\nLanguage: Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nIndustry Background: Experience in the technology, e-commerce, digital media, or food & beverage sectors, including virtual restaurants.\nAnalytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to tell a story and influence partner
