You'll be equally comfortable influencing senior leaders and developing strategic recommendations as you are rolling up your sleeves to execute them.\nWhat You’ll Do\nShape new growth opportunities: Identify, evaluate and prioritise opportunities to accelerate consumer growth, leveraging data, customer insights and business case modelling to inform investment decisions.\nOwn initiatives end-to-end: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, from value proposition and customer segmentation through experimentation, campaign execution, launch and post-launch optimisation.\nMobilise cross-functional teams: Rally stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Policy and Operations around new opportunities, driving alignment and execution through influence rather than authority.\nTurn strategy into action: Move seamlessly between building executive presentations and hands-on execution, whether writing SQL queries, configuring campaigns, launching CRM communications or troubleshooting operational blockers.\nInfluence product and investment priorities: Partner with global teams to advocate for ANZ market needs, shape product roadmaps and unlock resources for growth.\nDrive commercial excellence: Define success metrics, evaluate investment trade-offs and optimise initiatives to deliver measurable, sustainable business impact.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nUniversity degree in a quantitative field, such as Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business/Commerce, Social Science, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, technology or another fast-paced environment.\nStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.\nDemonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.\nEntrepreneurial mindset and bias for action: Resourceful, adaptable and relentlessly hands-on, with the ability to operate independently, solve problems and make things happen without relying on others to execute.\nExperience representing your company externally with partners, clients, or stakeholders\nPreferred Qualifications\nCross functional leadership: Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, rally teams around new ideas and drive outcomes without formal authority.\nEnd-to-end GTM experience: Experience personally developing and executing growth strategies, experiments and customer-facing campaigns.\nCommercial and product acumen: Strong customer intuition and experience building business cases, managing investments or owning commercial outcomes.\nExecutive communication: Ability to translate complex problems and data into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations.\nAI and automation fluency: Comfortable leveraging AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, streamline workflows and improve operational
