If you thrive on ownership and are ready to carry the weight of high-pressure decisions that shape the future of Uber’s advertising business, you will find your place here.\nWhat You'll Do\nImplement ads partnership strategies that deliver on your partners' marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals\nBuild relationships with Director, VP and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision makers within partner organizations\nEmploy critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations\nBe an indispensable cross-functional partner across the Product, Marketing and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needs\nExpand ads product adoption across our Mobility and Delivery offerings\nClearly communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings\nDevelop pitch narratives that scale across our Ads team and drive growth for our partners\nBe ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help your teammates when the need arises\nBe the voice of the customer to help inform future Ads product roadmaps\nBasic Qualifications\nAt least 5+ years of full-time experience, ideally in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales\nExperience selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and organizations\nPreferred Qualifications\nExcellent negotiation and problem solving skills\nAbility to build and implement strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber\nCreative storyteller with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers\nExcellent listening, communication, and organizational skills\nSpeed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity\nFor Chicago, IL-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $223,333 - USD $248,333. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $134,000 per year - USD $149,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $89,333 - USD $99,333.\nFor New York City, NY-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $248,333 - USD $276,667. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $149,000 per year - USD $166,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $99,333 - USD $110,667.\nFor San Francisco, CA-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $248,333 - USD $276,667.
