As an Ads Sr Client Partner, you will be responsible for building mutually helpful ads partnerships with our largest Retail partners. You will own the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top brands and drive adoption of a growing suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will work closely with our Partner Managers to consistently deliver on our partners’ marketing objectives.\nWhat You'll Do\nImplement ads partnership strategies that deliver on your partners' marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals\nBuild relationships with Director, VP and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision makers within partner organizations\nEmploy critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations\nBe an indispensable cross-functional partner across the Product, Marketing and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needs\nExpand ads product adoption across our Mobility and Delivery offerings\nClearly communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings\nDevelop pitch narratives that scale across our Ads team and drive growth for our partners\nBe ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help your teammates when the need arises\nBe the voice of the customer to help inform future Ads product roadmaps\nBasic Qualifications\nAt least 5+ years of full-time experience, ideally in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales\nExperience selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and organizations\nBachelors degree or equivalent\nPreferred Qualifications\nExcellent negotiation and problem solving skills\nAbility to build and implement strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber\nCreative storyteller with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers\nExcellent listening, communication, and organizational skills\nSpeed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity\n For Canada-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is CAD $225,000 - CAD $250,000. The OTE includes a base salary range of CAD $135,000 per year - CAD $150,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of CAD $90,000 - CAD $100,000.\nYou may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
