You will join a dynamic team that has a major impact on the direction of the company as well as senior leadership!\nWhat you'll do\nDevelop Uber’s M&A and investments strategy and identify transaction opportunities in connection with business leadership across Mobility, AV, Delivery, and Freight. \nSupport the entirety of the M&A process including strategy, sourcing, diligence, negotiation, and execution.\nShape business cases for potential acquisitions through in-depth financial analysis, company valuations, and detailed synergy assessments that maximize returns and strategic alignment.\nEngage with leadership teams by preparing and presenting compelling reviews, highlighting key milestones, opportunities, and obstacles to keep our stakeholders informed and ready to act.\nPrepare and give business reviews to Uber’s executive leadership team regarding progress and roadblocks.\nBasic Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, corporate development or relevant experience. \nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong analytical skills with ability to combine business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to support and lead complex, multi-faceted deals. \nThe ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in an exciting, fast-paced environment, collaborating as a team to stay in sync and working independently to get the job done.\nStrong interpersonal skills, highly collaborative with business leaders and cross-functional partners, and a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with others.\nSelf-motivation with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving, and driving action.\nExcellent business judgment and great communication skills.\nEmbody the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and accountability.\nEnthusiastic about Uber and the opportunity to have a big impact!\n For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $142,000 per year - USD $158,000 per year.\nFor San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $142,000 per year - USD $158,000 per year.\nFor all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
