If you are someone who takes extreme ownership of your work, thrives in a collaborative yet demanding setting, and is motivated by seeing the tangible impact of your accuracy on the business’s bottom line, this is where you’ll grow.\n\nWhat you’ll do\n\nProcess incoming orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring completeness and compliance with company policies even when navigating complex deal structures.\n\nNavigate cross-functional tension by collaborating with Sales and Deal Desk teams to resolve discrepancies and confirm order details under tight month-end deadlines.\n\nGenerate and issue invoices promptly while verifying pricing, discounts, and terms to maintain a high bar for financial accuracy.\n\nUnblock revenue streams by proactively addressing customer inquiries and billing concerns with urgency and professionalism.\n\nIdentify and implement process improvements to streamline billing procedures, moving from manual work to scalable, automated solutions.\n\nSupport audits and ensure strict adherence to internal controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, in a high-growth environment.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\n4+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or operations.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n\nExperience working within an Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n6+ years of professional experience in Order Management or Billing within a high-growth, high-volume organization.\n\nProficiency with enterprise software solutions such as Oracle, Salesforce, and advanced Excel.\n\nProven ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining high attention to detail for financial and technical data.\n\nExperience managing external service providers or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners.\n\nStrong understanding of internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.\n\nFor Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $104,000 per year - USD $115,000 per year.\nYou will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
