expansion and ensure long-term business success.\nREQUIREMENTS\n12+ years of relevant People Partner / HR Business Partner experience, ideally within international organizations.\nSignificant experience supporting businesses across multiple EMEA countries, with an understanding of the complexity of operating across different markets and employment environments. \nStrong knowledge of HR best practices, including talent management, change mgmt, and performance management.\nProven experience in working in fast paced, matrixed environment\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively and influence at all levels of the organization\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nDeep business acumen to understand, anticipate, and solve business needs\n\nA track record of providing HR consultation to senior leadership on strategic initiatives\nExcellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and demonstrated success in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment\nCompetence in making timely, principles-based decisions, using judgment to weigh multiple inputs and effectively managing tradeoffs, gaining alignment with stakeholders\nSolid understanding of global HR programs including compensation, performance management, organizational structure, and leadership development\nStrong analytical capabilities or prior experience working in analytical functions like compensation or people analytics\nUnderstanding of various employment laws and their impact on HR matters\nDemonstrated ability to partner within and outside of HR\nUnquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence\nHigh EQ, personal maturity, cultural awareness and compassion\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills\nKnowledge and experience in technology businesses and familiarity with their global HR practices and
