You will serve as a key bridge between the Taiwan business and regional product teams, translating local DP needs and market insights into scalable product and operational solutions.\nYou will work cross-functionally across Product, Operations, Legal, Policy, Finance, Tax, Ads, and external partners to take initiatives from strategy through execution.\nWhat You Will Do\nDelivery Partner Loyalty, Uber Eats Pro\nOwn the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of Uber Eats Pro, Taiwan's DP loyalty program.\nDrive program and product enhancements, benefit expansion, and engagement initiatives.\nUse data and DP insights to improve program performance, engagement, and retention.\nDelivery Partner Product Experience\nServe as the Taiwan DP product POC, partnering closely with regional and global teams on product rollouts, improvements, and roadmap priorities.\nIdentify key DP pain points and translate local business, market, and regulatory needs into actionable product opportunities.\nLead local product incident and outage management, coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to assess impact, drive resolution, and ensure effective stakeholder communication.\nDrive local execution of key DP product initiatives, including payment features such as Instant Pay, ensuring operational readiness and a seamless DP experience.\nCompetitor Intelligence\nOwn competitor intelligence across DP product experience, earnings, onboarding, loyalty, and engagement.\nTranslate competitor and market insights into actionable recommendations for Taiwan's product and operational strategy.\nIdentify emerging market trends and opportunities to strengthen Uber Eats' DP value proposition.\nNew Earning Opportunities\nDevelop and scale new earning opportunities for DPs beyond delivery, including Delivery Bag Ads.\nPartner cross-functionally with Ads and other teams to incubate and launch new programs.\nEvaluate new opportunities based on DP value, business impact, operational feasibility, and scalability\nBasic Qualifications\nExperience: 4+ years of experience in strategy & operations, program management, consulting, business operations, marketplace operations, or related fields.\nProgram Management: Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects from strategy through execution.\nSQL & Data Analysis: Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently query, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights and support decision-making.\nCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.\nExecution: Highly organized, proactive, and able to independently manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.\nTechnology: Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in product operations, including working closely with Product and Engineering teams on product launches or improvements.\nExperience managing loyalty, rewards, membership, or customer engagement programs.\nExperience launching or scaling new products, strategic partnerships, or marketplace initiatives.\nExperience working across Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Policy teams.\nExperience building business cases, defining program KPIs, and driving continuous optimization through experimentation and data.\nPassion for creating innovative products and programs that improve the experience of independent earners and marketplace participants.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3846,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":4,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Logistics","Transportation & Logistics","Ride Hailing"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-01T08:00:22Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Senior or Specialist Worker, Skilled Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Global Business Mobility: Senior or Specialist Worker;
