record of successfully delivering products in the consumer and/or ads space.\nDemonstrated experience building ads products and driving measurable business growth.\nStrong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to partner effectively across engineering, design, data science, and business teams to bring products to life.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy, priorities, and decisions to a range of stakeholders.\nData-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret metrics, identify insights, and use data to inform product decisions.\nProven ability to lead product development from strategy through execution and successful launch.\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDomain expertise in digital advertising businesses\nPassionate about Uber’s mission, our products, and the company’s hybrid technology/operations nature\nStrategic 0-to-1 experience: Generating innovative ideas for new product areas and incorporating customer feedback into long-term visions.\nGlobal experience: Building and launching products
