In this role, you'll contribute to building efficient and robust systems that support order processing, logistics, and real-time tracking. Your contributions will help optimize the end-to-end delivery experience, making it more reliable and seamless for both drivers and customers.\n\nWhat the Candidate Will Do\nContribute to the technical roadmap by developing innovative features and solving complex problems.\nCollaborate with senior engineers to implement and iterate on ambitious product plans.\nWork closely with Product, Operations, Design, and other partners to ensure effective execution of projects.\nParticipate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical mentoring to help elevate team capabilities.\nProvide technical expertise and input to shape the vision for your area, while executing on product requirements.\nBasic Qualifications\n7+ years relevant engineering experience in successfully designing and building large scale, highly available and reliable engineering systems addressing real world challenging problems. \nDemonstrated experience shipping high-quality product features on schedule and instill a high level of engineering excellence culture (e.g., code reviews, documentation, unit and integration testing).\nStrong software engineering skills, supported by 7+ years of industry experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Golang, Python, C++, Java) and eagerness to learn more. \nExperience with large-scale distributed storage and database systems (SQL or NoSQL, e.g. MySQL, Cassandra, DynamoDB) utilizing a microservices architecture\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write detailed technical documents.\nProven ability to develop other strong junior engineers into senior engineers, operating and leading their own initiatives with cross team scope and high impact.\nEnglish proficiency\nAlgorithm & Data Structures fundamentals, including hash tables, trees, stacks, queues, linked list, DFS, BFS.Bonus Points if\n\nExperience working at large companies (10k+ employees)\nExperience with international
