If you thrive on solving complex operational challenges, creating meaningful economic opportunities for tens of thousands of earners, and building the essential supply backbone of a nation-wide platform, this role is for you.\nWhat you’ll do:\nArchitect end-to-end earner acquisition strategy spanning signup, conversion, and Early Life Cycle (ELC) retention.\nPioneer 0-to-1 growth channels and out-of-the-box initiatives across referral programs, strategic partnerships, and online/offline campaigns.\nMonitor competitor landscape and market trends to proactively capture market share.\nOptimize incentive strategy to drive growth while maximizing spend efficiency, ROI, and experiment rigor.\nAnalyze and streamline the onboarding funnel step-by-step to eliminate friction and deliver an exceptional first-mile earner experience.\nBoost ELC retention by partnering with Product and Marketing on targeted communications and features.\nCollaborate with APAC Central Ops and regional markets to exchange insights and scale global best practices locally.\nAlign with cross-functional partners (Legal, Policy, PR, Safety, Marketing, External Partners) to execute complex, market-leading launches.\nWhat you’ll need\n4-6 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Growth, or Product Management within a fast-paced, data-driven environment (Tech, Consulting, or high-growth startups).\nAdvanced analytical rigor with proven success in GTM planning, incentive design, experimental frameworks, and performance tracking.\nProven OKR delivery & high autonomy with end-to-end ownership-from high-level strategy down to meticulous executional details.\nExceptional executive influence & storytelling, capable of crafting persuasive narratives for senior leadership and external stakeholders.\nRelentless growth mindset & \"go-getter\" attitude, with the curiosity to challenge status quo and unlock disruptive growth levers.\nAbout Uber\nWith Uber Eats, we're building Uber's fastest-growing business across all six continents.
