Success here means moving beyond transactional coordination to become a strategic advisor and requires both deep recruiting expertise and the ability to act as a versatile utility player, stepping into priority needs across the broader uBecome team.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn the full-cycle recruiting process for non-techinical intern and New College Grad candidates, creating a world-class candidate experience.\nDesign and execute scalable yet tailored sourcing strategies at events, webinars, and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador. \nNavigate and cultivate successful relationships between academic institutions and internal industry groups, influencing hiring managers with data-backed insights.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with the People team and business leaders to solve logistical hurdles and unblock hiring bottlenecks in a fast-changing environment.\nCommunicate complex recruitment findings and reporting to hiring teams, providing clarity and direction on university strategy and candidate trends.\nAct as a versatile utility player, jumping in to support strategic TA initiatives whenever needed with a focus on ownership and integrity.\nBasic Qualifications\n4+ years of experience in recruiting with specific experience in Early Careers or University Talent Acquisition.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProven experience managing stakeholders and driving data-informed hiring decisions in a fast-paced, global tech environment.\nStrong project management skills with the resilience to adapt to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.\nPassion for candidate experience and a deep understanding of the unique stressors of the student job hunt.\nInnovation-led mindset with a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.\nDemonstrated ability to take initiative and work autonomously on ambiguous tasks with high attention to detail.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $122,000 per year - USD $135,000 per year.\nYou will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
