If you thrive on tackling complex marketplace dynamics, creating meaningful economic impact, and building scalable supply engines that move a nation, this is where your work will define the future of earner experience.\nWhat you’ll do:\nFormulate and execute holistic earner retention strategies across all lifecycle stages-from early-stage engagement (ELC) and proactive churn prevention to Winback/resurrection.\nDesign and refine incentive structures to drive supply growth while maximizing spend efficiency, ROI, and experiment rigor.\nAnalyze granular funnel data step-by-step to eliminate friction, optimize waitlist management, and deliver an exceptional first-mile and re-engagement experience.\nPartner closely with Product, Legal, Safety and PR to launch high-impact product features, targeted communications, and complex market-leading initiatives.\nCollaborate with APAC Central Ops and regional markets to exchange actionable insights, benchmark performance, and localize global best practices for Taiwan.\nWhat you’ll need\n2-4 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Growth, or Product Management within a fast-paced, data-driven environment (Tech, Consulting, or high-growth startups).\nAdvanced analytical rigor with proven success in GTM planning, incentive design, experimental frameworks, and performance tracking.\nProven OKR delivery & high autonomy with end-to-end ownership-from high-level strategy down to meticulous executional details.\nExceptional executive influence & storytelling, capable of crafting persuasive narratives for senior leadership and external stakeholders.\nRelentless growth mindset & \"go-getter\" attitude, with the curiosity to challenge status quo and unlock disruptive growth levers.\nAbout Uber\nWith Uber Eats, we're building Uber's fastest-growing business across all six continents.
