Your mission is to deepen partnerships with Canada’s top enterprise retailers and high-potential strategic accounts, unlocking innovative digital ad opportunities across our ecosystem.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and evolve the CPG Ads sales and account management strategy with a focus on sustainable growth, client retention, and cross-platform expansion.\nLead and inspire a high-performing team of Client Partners (CPs) and Partner Managers (PMs), setting clear goals, tracking performance, and coaching top talent.\nDrive continued revenue growth from a maturing business by deepening relationships with key retail advertisers and unlocking incremental spend opportunities.\nPartner closely with cross-functional leaders (including Marketing, Product, Operations, Merchant teams, and Analytics) to align on strategy, priorities, and customer experience.\nOptimize internal processes and tools to scale execution, improve performance visibility, and ensure strong operational rigor.\nInform product strategy by sharing the voice of the customer - advocating for features and solutions that enhance advertiser outcomes across awareness, trial, and conversion.\nShape go-to-market plans and collateral in partnership with Ads Global Partnership Solutions, ensuring a consistent message across external channels and field teams.\nBasic Qualifications\nMinimum of 6 years of full-time experience.\nAdvertising sales experience.\nExperience leading an advertiser or account sales team for a major advertiser, retail partner, or digital media agency.\nProven track record of building and managing a multi-million dollar advertising business.\nPrior experience working with retail media networks, enterprise retailers, or strategic commercial verticals.\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent.\nPreferred Qualifications\nLeadership experience at a digital media platform, retail media network, or large retail advertiser.\nBe customer-obsessed (users and merchants) and passionate about building great experiences for Uber users and partners.\nFocus on building businesses, not features. Experience building and leading businesses, including ownership and optimization of business performance metrics.\nAbility to work cross-functionally with diverse internal stakeholders and executive-level external partners.\nExceptional communication skills, both within your team and with leadership and partners.\nEntrepreneurial spirit and a thirst for learning.\nFor Canada-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is CAD $225,714 - CAD $250,000. The OTE includes a base salary range of CAD $158,000 per year - CAD $175,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of CAD $67,714 - CAD $75,000.\nYou may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
