You'll help shape modern, AI-assisted software development workflows, leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to deliver production-ready solutions in a fast-paced, shift-left engineering environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nArchitecture & Technical Design: Collaborate with Architects to define application architecture, validate technical approaches via PoCs, and design solutions using patterns like DDD, CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture, BFF, and API Gateways.\n\nFull Stack Development: Design, build, and deliver scalable SaaS applications using .NET, Angular (18+), SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and AWS.\n\nFrontend & Backend Excellence: Develop modern Angular applications using standalone components, Signals, RxJS, and Reactive Forms. Build robust backend services, optimize data models, and tune database performance.\n\nAI Integration: Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to generate production-ready code and optimize engineering workflows.\n\nEnd-to-End Ownership: Own features end-to-end-from domain modeling to deployment, observability, and production support.\n\nTroubleshooting & Reliability: Diagnose complex production issues, conduct root-cause analyses, and continuously improve system reliability.\n\nLeadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor engineers through technical discussions, code reviews, architecture alignment, and knowledge-sharing sessions.\n\nRequirements & Qualifications\nMandatory Skills\nExperience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including proven tenure in a Principal, Lead, or equivalent technical leadership role.\n\nCore Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in C#, .NET, Entity Framework, Angular, and relational databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL).\n\nArchitecture: Strong expertise in DDD, CQRS, REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and distributed systems.\n\nSaaS & Performance: Demonstrated experience designing secure, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, along with SQL optimization, Redis, and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.\n\nDevOps & Quality: Practical experience with automated testing, CI/CD, Git, Agile methodologies, observability/monitoring tools, and static code analysis (e.g., SonarQube, Mend).\n\nAI Tooling: Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar).\n\nSoft Skills & Education: Advanced/fluent English communication skills;
