As part of our Customer Success team, you will work on projects for customers in the public sector, healthcare and critical infrastructure. You have the freedom to shape your own role and to pick up the responsibilities that add the most value to our company.\nYour tasks & responsibilities\nDesign and define the (functional) scope of UbiOps implementations at customers, often requiring integration with existing (cloud) infrastructure and IT systems\nDesign, develop and implement AI solutions (such as LLM chatbots and RAG systems) on the UbiOps platform, together with our customers\nCoordinate UbiOps installation projects at customers, including setting up cloud and on-premises environments and integrating with existing IT infrastructure\nAct as the technical point of contact for customers: solve problems, give demos, workshops and trainings, and ensure smooth adoption of the platform\nTranslate customer feedback into product improvements and work with our development team on building and testing new features\nSupport our sales team with your technical knowledge of the product, customers and market\nYour profile\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/Data Science or another technical discipline. A Master’s degree is a plus\n3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, customer success or a similar role\nProficient in Python, Linux and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and experienced in working with APIs\nFamiliar with GenAI and MLOps practices and technologies\nExcellent communication and training skills, able to explain technical topics clearly to customers\nFluent in English, Dutch is a big plus\nWilling to travel to customers for projects within the Randstad\nExperience at a software company and/or start-up/scale-up is a plus\nNote: For this position, we will only consider candidates who are currently residing and/or working in the Netherlands.
