# Composite Manufacturing Engineer

Ubiq Aerospace is a Trondheim-based deep tech company on an ambitious growth journey. We develop next-generation ice protection systems, smart aerostructures and sensing systems for aircraft operating in the world's harshest environments. We are looking for an experienced Composite Manufacturing Engineer to take a key role as we enter the next stage of our development. Until now, much of our composite work has centred around R&D, prototyping and low-rate production. As our products mature, we are now building the manufacturing capabilities and processes needed to produce them at greater scale. You'll work across both product development and manufacturing, helping us bridge the gap between a great prototype and a product that can be manufactured reliably and repeatedly. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable discussing composite design and manufacturing strategy, developing a production process, and getting into the workshop to solve a problem. You'll work closely with both our current Mechanical team and with our growing Manufacturing organisation as we develop both our products and the way we build them.
