Our solutions include IoT-based telemetry, remote monitoring, data analytics, and industrial automation across industries such as water management, infrastructure, and manufacturing.\n\n About the Role\nWe are looking for a hands-on, process-oriented IT Admin and Operations Manager to manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, employee IT support, device management, security coordination, and administrative systems.\n\nThe successful candidate will act as the internal point of contact for IT operations, working closely with our Managed Service Provider (MSP), external vendors, and internal teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services across the organization.\n\n Key Responsibilities\n\n1. IT Infrastructure & Technical Support\nManage the complete laptop and desktop lifecycle, including procurement, configuration, allocation, repairs, and disposal.\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, printers, and other IT-related issues.\nCoordinate with the MSP for advanced troubleshooting and infrastructure support.\nMaintain IT documentation, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures.\n2. User & Workspace Administration\nAdminister user accounts, permissions, email accounts, licenses, and application access across Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.\nManage employee onboarding, role changes, and offboarding, ensuring timely access provisioning and revocation.\nMaintain access approval records and conduct periodic access reviews.\nEnsure appropriate access controls and least-privilege practices.\n3. IT Security & Device Management\nCoordinate endpoint security, device encryption, patch management, antivirus/EDR, and MDM/UEM implementation with the MSP.\nMonitor device compliance and pending security updates.\nCoordinate MFA implementation, firewall updates, and security incident response.\nMaintain security records and support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audit readiness.\n4. IT Asset & Software License Management\nMaintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and networking equipment.\nManage asset tagging, employee assignment records, acknowledgements, and asset returns.\nTrack warranties, AMC contracts, repairs, replacements, software licenses, and subscription renewals.\nCoordinate periodic asset verification with Finance and Administration.\n5. Network & Infrastructure Operations\nMonitor office internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and network equipment.\nCoordinate with ISPs and the MSP to resolve connectivity issues and maintain backup internet arrangements.\nMaintain network documentation and escalation contacts.\nTrack recurring outages and ensure corrective actions are documented.\n6. MSP & Vendor Management\nAct as the primary coordinator between employees, management, and the MSP.\nTrack IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence.\nCoordinate preventive maintenance, patching, and periodic security reviews.\nAssist with vendor evaluation, procurement, quotation comparisons, negotiations, and contract renewals.\n7. CCTV, Access Control & Office Administration\nCoordinate maintenance of CCTV systems, NVR/DVR equipment, and office access-control systems.\nMaintain surveillance system availability and approved data-retention practices.\nCoordinate office IT infrastructure, equipment supplies, and maintenance vendors.\nMaintain attendance system records and generate reports for HR, where assigned.\nWork with HR, Finance, Operations, and external service providers to resolve administrative issues.\n\n Required Skills & Experience\n\n Minimum 4 years of experience in IT administration, IT operations, desktop support, or infrastructure support.\n Hands-on experience managing Windows desktops/laptops; macOS exposure is preferred.\n Practical experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 administration.\n Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall basics.\n Experience with endpoint security, patch management, antivirus/EDR, and MDM/UEM platforms.\n Knowledge of IT asset management, software licensing, procurement, and vendor coordination.\n Experience working with an MSP, IT AMC provider, or external infrastructure support team.\n Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a growing organization.\n\n Preferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.\nExposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, IT audits, and security compliance documentation.\nFamiliarity with IT service management tools, ticketing systems, and SLA reporting.\nCertifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365, or ITIL Foundation are an advantage.\n\n What Success Looks Like\nThe successful candidate will help establish accurate IT asset records, standardize onboarding and offboarding processes, improve MSP coordination, identify security gaps, reduce recurring IT
