Our Technology team keeps the data behind that growth accurate, connected, and trusted, and we are investing in the platforms and people that make that possible at scale.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and automations using Claude, n8n, and related platforms.\nTranslate business pain points into scoped, deliverable solutions, prototyping and iterating rapidly.\nBuild query interfaces, summarization tools, and retrieval workflows surfacing operational data.\nSupport integrations connecting AI workflows to CRM, ERP, Snowflake, and internal applications.\nMaintain test sets and evaluations; validate output accuracy before production changes ship.\nPartner with business teams across merchandising, logistics, finance, and customer experience to find and remove manual-process friction.\nWhat We're Looking For\n1-3 years in systems administration, business systems, Salesforce administration, analytics, or automation, or demonstrated equivalent through self-directed AI/automation project work.\nHands-on, practical experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable LLM platforms. \nExperience building automated workflows with n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar.\nComfort with structured data and SQL/Snowflake.\nBasic scripting in Python or JavaScript, with a willingness to grow it substantially.\nStrong problem decomposition and clear written communication for non-technical audiences.\nWhy Join Us\nThis role sits at the ground floor of how AI transforms our business, with direct visibility to leadership and real latitude to try new approaches.
