The Inventory Cycle Counter will ensure products are stored in the correct locations, investigate inventory variances, and update inventory records to support efficient warehouse operations.\nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.\nAdditional overtime, early arrivals, or extended hours may be required based on business needs.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nPerform daily cycle counts and inventory audits throughout the warehouse\nVerify inventory quantities and ensure products are stored in the correct bin locations\nInvestigate and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and quantity variances\nEnter and maintain accurate inventory data within the warehouse management system\nCorrect inventory records and update system information as needed\nGenerate and review inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement\nWork closely with warehouse operations to resolve inventory-related issues\nAssist with physical inventory counts and special inventory projects\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures\nCOMPETENCIES:\nAction Oriented \nAttention to Detail\nTimely Decision Making \nProblem Solving\nDrive for Results\nAccountability\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n1-2 years of inventory control, cycle counting, or inventory auditing experience required\nMinimum of 1 year of warehouse experience required\nExperience using inventory management or warehouse management systems preferred\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to read and interpret inventory reports, customer orders, and safety procedures\nProficient in basic computer skills, including data entry\nStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds \nProlonged standing and walking on concrete surfaces \nFrequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting \nAbility to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions \nAbility to safely climb on and off forklifts and warehouse equipment \nManual dexterity for operating machinery and handling products\nBenefits Section:\nWe offer a competitive benefit package that includes:\nMajor medical, dental, and vision benefits available day one - no waiting period.\nCompany-paid life insurance and Employee Assistance Program.\n401(k) with company match.\nEmployee discount on Ubique Group products.\nUbique Group offers 9 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday per year and up to 13 Accrued PTO days per year\n Ubique Group is an equal-opportunity employer.
