device provisioning, firmware flashing automation, test environment resets, and result reporting dashboards\nUse AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude..etc) to accelerate test case generation, triage failing tests, and speed up root-cause analysis on large regression runs\n\nProtocol & Feature Automation\nAutomate testing of core L2/L3 switching features: VLANs, STP/RSTP,IGMP snooping, QoS, ACLs…etc\nStrong understanding of switch platforms\nAbility to conduct performance and stability testing \nReproduce field-reported issues and validate fixes before release\nCollaboration & Process Improvement\nPartner cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to shape quality bars and go/no-go release decisions\nDocument bugs clearly with reproducible steps, supporting logs, and impact assessment\nContinuously improve QA processes, expand automation coverage, and enhance testing tooling\nQualifications \nAutomation & Tooling\nStrong hands-on Python skills for building test automation frameworks\nExperience with CLI/SSH automation and REST API test automation\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or equivalent) for scheduled/nightly automated regression runs\nPractical use of AI tools to speed up test generation, debugging, and log analysis\nProcess & Mindset\nSolid grasp of software testing methodologies, issue reporting, and test case management\nStrong ownership mindset -
