These are day shifts Monday through Friday, with extra hours and weekends as required.\nWe are looking for a proven operational leader to manage the facility’s fulfillment processes, continue to drive improvements, and lead our teammates to achieve company goals.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupervise, manage, and be responsible for all fulfillment processes.\nServe as project manager for all assigned projects.\nServe as the Acting Operations Manager when directed.\nLead, train, and develop all warehouse employees.\nBuild teams and teams-of-teams.\nConduct conflict resolution involving employees, customers, and/or other parties.\nPerform administrative functions to manage employees (time cards, vacation tracking, etc.).\nSupervise, manage, maintain, set up, improve, and be responsible for all Information Technology (IT), IT processes, and IT equipment within the facility.\nServe as liaison to company teammates, external partners and vendors, and other stakeholders as directed, required, or necessary on behalf of the company and/or facility.\nGenerate and/or complete reports to all levels within the company, and as needed to external parties.\nProfessionally brief leaders, peers, and subordinates as directed.\nMaster all warehouse systems, and continuously seek process and system improvement.\nBe able to master and perform all functions and job duties of all warehouse associates and leaders.\nMaster and utilize all warehouse systems, to include data, inventory, and logistics software programs.\nOperate adequate merchandise management tools (for example, forklift).\nBusiness travel as requested and/or required by company leadership.\nAdditional duties, responsibilities, functions, or work as directed by management and/or leadership.\nQualifications\n3-5 years’ experience (minimum) in manufacturing or logistics, and lean methodologies with emphasis on leadership in those positions.\nSolve complex problems using academic and experiential knowledge.\nSelf-motivated with ability to work safely with limited supervision.\nCompute college-level math problems.\nAbility to use a computer, and proficient- to master-level expertise with Microsoft Office products.\nAbility to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 60 lbs.\nAbility to pull a cart weighing up to 80 lbs.\nAbility to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.\nAbility to regularly lift and/or move objects 10-60 lbs. occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.\nAbility to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, sit, climb, and/or balance.\nSpecific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus.\nMust be fluent in English.\nAble to pass a background check.\nAble to work in the US for any employer.\nPreferences\nBachelor’s degree or higher preferred.\nVeteran-friendly / Veteran-preferred.\nUS Military Commissioned & Non-Commissioned Officers preferred.\nExtensive leadership experience.\nComfortable operating in limited-guidance situations.\nAdaptable to rapidly changing conditions.\nHighly skilled in information technology.\nMaster-level proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.\nPrevious experience working in a warehouse environment.\nBenefits\nFully paid, high-coverage medical, dental, and vision.\n401(k) with company match.\nCompany provided PTO.","description_format":"text","description_chars":4119,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Travel Technology","Security Operations","Security Services"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-05T10:57:55Z"}],"liveness":{"score":59,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.814,"p_room":0.72,"age_days":52,"expected_fill_days":137,"reasons":["conf:7","velocity","win:mid","crowd:brand"],"computed_at":"2026-10-02T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/ubiquiti-assistant-operations-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/ubiquiti-assistant-operations-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-03T04:26:04Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4709,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":291,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-04T00:00:00Z"}}}
