Join us and help redefine how the world connects.\nResponsibilities \nAs an EE Engineer on the Access team, you will be responsible for the electrical design of consumer electronic products, such as door access readers/HUBs, wireless sensors, lighting controllers, and smart locks. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment. In this role, you will own end-to-end EE hardware development, from system architecture and circuit design to board design, validation, and production readiness. Success in this role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and a high standard of accountability.\nOwn product architecture definition, electrical design, and system integration from concept to production.\nLead and review PCB layout and electrical simulation activities.\nPlan and execute design validation, including functional verification, signal characterization, power analysis, and system coexistence testing.\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware issues throughout development and prototype builds.\nSupport mass production by defining factory test requirements and assisting in system bring-up.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with ID, BSP, ME, FW, and DQA teams to deliver high-quality products.\nDrive continuous improvements in performance, reliability, and scalability.\nRequirement\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field\n2+ years of hands-on experience in consumer electronics or embedded system design, including prototyping, bring-up, debugging, validation, and NPI support;
