If so, read on!\n YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE\nUbisoft Barcelona Mobile is currently seeking a Game Designer to help our team on their next adventure.\nYou will help define game specifications from initial concept to launch as well as continually refine games to maximize user retention and monetization.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience in the social gaming industry and F2P business models on mobile platforms.\n*Please note that a work permit for Spain obtained prior to applying for the position is mandatory.*\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and create new features, systems, and content, collaborating with producers, developers, and artists to bring them to life for end users while also streamlining the production and content creation process.\n\nOwn the tuning and balancing of gameplay systems and content, ensuring consistency and fairness as new features and content are introduced. Write design briefs and product specification documents to support this.\n\nTake ownership of features end to end: from initial concept and design through development and release, and continue iterating based on player feedback and performance once it's live.\n\nPlay testing: Analyze data and player feedback to continually optimize existing game experience.\n\nCollaborate with the team to ensure the implementation of systems into actual gameplay, maintaining the overall balance between multiple gameplay systems.\n\nCollaborate with Stakeholders and Producers to identify improvements to existing gameplay loops as well as new features, content, and event ideas.\n\nAnalyze game metrics and qualitative player feedback to inform design decisions.\n\nCoordinate with translators to ensure quality translations in multiple languages, and integrate translations into the game using internal tools.\n\nAnalyze the content of our current games to improve game design and monetization mechanics.\n\nStay up to date with the mobile games market and emerging technologies, bringing relevant insights and opportunities into the design of our games.\n\nCreate a fun, engaging and outstanding player experience.\n\n YOUR SKILLS\nAre you serious about fun?
