The IT Asset Management Specialist is responsible for the quality, accuracy, and lifecycle management of IT assets within the assigned perimeter. This role contributes to the definition and continuous improvement of IT asset management processes, workflows, and strategies while ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.\nThe IT Asset Management Specialist oversees IT asset inventory, maintains data quality, supports global asset management initiatives, and participates in planning and coordinating asset rollouts in collaboration with Local IT teams, Studio Management, and global stakeholders.\nThis is a full-time position and requires working onsite in Kyiv.\n Responsibilities\nWork closely with IT Management and Local IT teams to foster a collaborative and productive working environment.\nCollaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with business requirements, standards, and policies.\nSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of the local IT asset management strategy in alignment with regional and global objectives.\nGather and analyze stakeholder feedback from projects, studios, and regional management to continuously improve asset quality and service delivery.\nManage the IT asset lifecycle and inventory, providing reporting, budgeting and asset planning activities.\nEnsure efficient utilization of existing assets and promote cost-effective procurement decisions through asset reuse and optimization whenever possible.\nDeliver accurate and actionable reporting on asset availability, utilization, lifecycle status, and inventory trends.\nEnsure hardware and software inventories remain accurate, up to date, and compliant with company standards.\nVerify that asset management activities performed by IT teams follow established processes, policies, and best practices.\nServe as an escalation point for asset and inventory-related matters.\nAct as a liaison between Local IT, IT Asset Management, Finance, Procurement, and other business stakeholders.\nYou as a Candidate\nWe are looking for a service-oriented professional with strong knowledge of PC hardware, gaming equipment, and IT asset management practices. You have hands-on IT experience, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving. You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a dynamic environment.\nTraining\nCollege diploma in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.\nITIL Foundation (v3 or later) certification is considered an asset.\nPMP or PRINCE2 certification is considered an asset.\nIAITAM certification is considered an asset.\nSoftware Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) certifications are considered an asset.\nRelevant Experience\n3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, including asset lifecycle management, inventory governance, and asset tracking.\nExperience leveraging asset and inventory data to support operational and business decision-making.\nExperience working within IT Service Management environments.\nExperience collaborating and negotiating with multiple stakeholders and business partners.\nExperience supporting operational IT organizations is considered an asset.\nProject Management knowledge is considered an asset.\nBusiness Process Improvement and Data Analytics experience is considered an asset.\nExperience with ITSM, Asset Management, inventory, or CMDB platforms is considered an asset.\nExperience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is considered an asset.\nSoft Skills & Attitude\nStrong English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nStrong organizational and coordination skills.\nBroad knowledge of IT hardware, software, and gaming-related assets.\nService-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.\nUnderstanding of local operational needs and awareness of regional and global impacts.\nContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.\nAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environment.\nAbility to adapt and perform in a fast-paced and evolving organization.\nStrong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.\nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels.\n We Are an Inclusive and Veteran-Friendly - company Ubisoft Ukraine strives to create an inclusive work environment where veterans can easily integrate and grow their careers.
