If so, read on!\n RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDefine, structure, and drive the overall game design vision in collaboration with the game core team.\n\nLead, mentor, and support a team of designers, fostering growth, ownership, knowledge sharing and uphold high-quality design standards.\n\nOwn and manage the design process, including planning, prioritization, and delivery of features and systems\n\nBalance creative goals with production constraints to support reliable planning and delivery\n\nDesign and oversee gameplay systems, economy and monetization, mechanics, and player progression, ensuring coherence and consistency across the game\n\nAlign design direction across disciplines (programming, art, animation, UX) and communicate vision, decisions, and constraints clearly to stakeholders\n\nDrive a data-informed, KPI-oriented design approach for a live-f2p (GaaS) environment, leveraging player metrics, business goals and analytics to guide decisions and improvements\n\nIdentify, prototype, and iterate on key features based on playtests, player base and game support feedback, and data insights\n\nDefine and articulate a clear vision for tools, pipelines, and workflows to enhance team efficiency, scalability, and delivery quality, and long-term project sustainability\n\nEnsure timely delivery aligned with project goals, scope, and quality expectations\n\nDevelop and maintain clear and actionable design documentation\n\nSupport recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and career development of team members\n\nCreate a fun, engaging and outstanding player experience.\n\n EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS\nFluent English is mandatory\n\nPrevious proven experience as Senior or Lead Game Designer on F2P, with at least 1 full release cycle on Mobile/F2P including LiveOps.\n\nExtensive knowledge of F2P mobile gaming industry, staying up to date on trends, game genres, key competitors and best practices.\n\nProficient in all aspects of game design such as UX, level design, system design, with a strong acumen on social multiplayer design, economic design, pacing & monetization strategies for F2P games.\n\nAbility to plan, prioritize, and manage team workload effectively\n\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform design decisions\n\nExcellent documentation skills to clearly communicate design intent and ensure team alignment\n\nSolid understanding of production pipelines, workflows, and development methodologies\n\nCapable of providing inspiring creative leadership.\n\nSkillful at complex Excel spreadsheets.\n\nAbility to take direction and feedback.\n\nBe a team player: we use agile development methods, where the team members are in permanent contact. An open mind and good communication skills are a must.\n\nAttention to detail, meticulous, and organized working habits.
