As part of the TCTD2 team you will be working on a successful live game, and you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best teams in the industry.\nYou will have a pivotal role in shaping and developing future game updates, working with the core team of the project in breaking down high level intentions into game design elements meant to increase engagement of our players and deliver fun, memorable experience.\nYou will be responsible of the quality of the work of our game designers, and you plan, detail and supervise their work.\nYour role will be split into four main pillars:\nLeadership\nManagement\nQuality owner on Game Design\nCommunication\nLeadership:\nResponsible for the performance management of his/her team members: support career advancement and suggest development and interpersonal skills training and techniques sessions to team members;\nCreate a work environment that is motivating for team members and which fosters development and creation;\nParticipate in the selection of team members (recruitment).\nManagement:\nAssess the workload vs. production capacity, plan the work, and set priorities for the game design team;\nAllocate duties and follow the evolution of the team’s progress on game design deliverables.\nGame Design Quality:\nUnderstand player needs and ensure that the elements developed by the team will contribute to player satisfaction and enjoyment;\nProvides clear and structured project documents;\nEnsure that gameplay intentions are understood and that team members are working on the right elements (ingredients, game system, gaming modes, behavior specifications, etc.).\nCommunication\nCommunicate the project objectives, strategies, and general information to all team members so as to give visibility to the advancement of the development of the game and the other crafts;\nActively participate and act as a regular liaison in the decision-making process with management and oversee the necessary adjustments to ensure that the game design team meets expectations;\nDrive and follow-up on prototyping (both digital and paper based) with other game designers and programmers.\n What you'll bring:\nPrevious experience as a lead game designer\nPrevious experience on live/GaaS games, designing and implementing gameplay systems, content or features\nExperience with rewards,
