You will transform proof-of-concepts into minimum viable products that are production-ready and easy to transfer to game development and technology teams. R&D Scientists throughout prototypes creation \nTransform proof-of-concepts and prototypes into minimum viable products \nWork closely with game and technology teams to release production-ready solutions that meet expected quality criteria (robustness, documentation, completeness, and performance) \nDevelop and maintain tools and infrastructure to facilitate research and collaboration between team members \nEncourage standardization of processes, frameworks, libraries, and best practices in the team \n What you will bring\nMust have：\nA degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. \nProficiency in C++ and Python. \nFamiliar with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), demonstrated experience with neural network implementation and translation of research prototypes into practical solutions for production, \nPrevious experience or knowledge with Real-time Computer Graphics or related area \nPrevious experience in software development with a solid understanding of software engineering best practices. \nCuriosity, critical thinking and solution-oriented spirit. \nMotivation to innovate in the fast-paced video game industry. \nGood communication skills in English and Chinese. \nNice to have：\nExperience with agentic programming \nExperience in games development or technology development for games \nExperience with programming in
