The Studio is continuously looking to grow its team with highly professional, passionate and talented people.\n Rainbow Six Siege is looking for a UX Designer to help shape the player experience of one of the world's leading tactical multiplayer games. In this role, you will design intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences that support both new and veteran players throughout their journey. You will work closely with game designers, UI artists, product owners, and developers to create experiences that are accessible, efficient, and aligned with the strategic and competitive nature of Siege.\nResponsibilities\nDefine end-to-end user journeys for the game areas owned by Barcelona studio.\nCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, information architectures, and interaction models.\nCollaborate with Game Design, UI Art, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Production teams to deliver high-quality player experiences.\nAdvocate for player needs and usability throughout the development process.\nTranslate complex systems into clear and intuitive interactions.\nLeverage player research, analytics, usability testing, and community feedback to identify opportunities and inform design decisions.\nContribute to and evolve UX guidelines, design systems, and best practices across the Siege ecosystem.\nMentor junior and mid-level UX designers, providing feedback and design leadership.\nPresent design solutions and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.\n6+ years of professional UX design experience, within the gaming industry.\nDemonstrated experience designing in-game UX, including interaction design, player feedback systems, HUD/UI elements, communication systems, onboarding, tutorials, and gameplay mechanics support.\nProven experience designing complex digital products, live-service games, or multiplayer experiences.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design process and measurable impact.\nProficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.\nStrong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design best practices.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to balance player needs, business goals, and technical constraints.\nNice to have\nExperience working on AAA games, competitive multiplayer titles, or live-service products.\nPassion for tactical shooters and deep understanding of Rainbow Six Siege and its player community.\nKnowledge of player behavior, progression systems, social features, and
