主要負責交換機(PBX/IP-PBX)、語音閘道器、電話總機、網路設備規劃、安裝、設定與維護。工作內容涵蓋弱電工程、系統維護及整合。

重要職責/工作內容：

1.系統建置與安裝：規劃、架設與設定IP-PBX 交換機、語音閘道器、數位話機及相關通訊設備。

2.網路與弱電配置：配合機房網路佈線、弱電工程施作、設備機櫃安裝。

3.整合與配置：整合通訊系統與門禁、監視器(IoT)系統，調整語音路由與設定。

其他條件

1.熟悉Office軟體應用(如：Word、Excel、PowerPoint)。

2.擁有相關通訊證照(如CCNA)佳。

3.熟悉交換機/總機系統(如Avaya,Free Switch等)、SIP協議。

4.具備網路、弱電或機電工程相關經驗者佳。

5.需具備良好的問題分析與解決能力。
