1.建立、訓練並維護保險金融領域之機器學習模型（如風險評估、客戶分群與異常偵測）。

2.與資料工程及業務單位合作，蒐集並整理模型所需資料。

3.進行模型特徵工程、模型效能評估與優化。

4.部署模型至生產環境並監控其運行效能。

5.撰寫模型相關技術文件，並協助技術導入與跨部門溝通。

其他條件

電腦技能:

1.Python、R 或相關程式語言。

2.熟悉機器學習框架（TensorFlow、PyTorch、Scikit-learn）。

3.SQL 與基礎資料庫操作能力。

4.熟悉 MLOps 工具（如 MLflow、Kubeflow、Airflow 等）。

其他條件:

1.具備 1 年以上模型開發或資料科學相關經驗。

2.具備資料前處理、特徵工程與模型評估能力。

3.具備系統開發或專案導入經驗者佳。
