1.主動積極，具備良好溝通能力，有獨立解決問題的能力。

2.具3年以上資安治理、專案管理、法遵、風險管理或稽核相關經驗。

3.熟悉ISO 27001、ISO27017、保險業資安法規及資安制度運作者尤佳。

4.具跨部門溝通及專案推動能力。

5.具資安專業證照(如：ISO 27001、ISO27017、CISA、CISM、CISSP等)者尤佳。

6.熟悉AI Agent, Power Automate, RPA軟體開發者尤佳。
