The role is primarily focused on Level 2/Level 3 support and run activities (80%), with a development/engineering component (20%) for fixes, minor enhancements, and industrialization.\nThe mission is to ensure the availability, performance, and compliance of Appway CLM solutions while delivering targeted improvements and securing multi-environment deployments.\nMain responsibilities\n\nSupport & Run (80%)\nProvide L2/L3 application support: triage, diagnosis, incident/problem resolution, and coordination with the vendor/integrators.\nMonitor workflow health: SLAs, queues, jobs, logs; set up and maintain dashboards and alerts.\nConduct root cause analyses (RCA) and define/implement preventive and corrective actions.\nManage releases and package promotion (CAB, validations, smoke tests, rollback plans).\nDocument operating procedures, runbooks, a Known Error Database, and user guides.\nParticipate in on-call/extended hours as scheduled; ensure incident communications (IT/Business) and reporting.\nOptimize stability and performance: housekeeping, capacity management, tuning, error handling, and resilience.\nEnsure operational compliance (traceability, auditability, data protection, banking secrecy).\nDevelopment & Engineering (20%)\nDesign and deliver fixes and minor enhancements on Appway (FNZ Studio): business rules, UI, connectors, mappings.\nIntegrate/invoke REST/SOAP services, manage JSON/XML schemas and data transformation.\nContribute to industrialization: CI/CD scripts/pipelines, packaging, recurring automations.\nPerform unit/integration testing, code reviews, and produce technical documentation (light HLD/LLD).\nAdvise on CLM process design and Appway implementation best practices.\nGovernance & Collaboration\nWork closely with business and development teams.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies (backlog, planning, reviews, retrospectives) with a strong quality-of-service focus.\nTrain and support key users; contribute to adoption and continuous improvement.\n\nYour Profile\nTechnical\n\nProven mastery of Appway/FNZ Studio in support/run and packaging/deployment contexts.\nApplication integration: REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML.\nObservability and SRE: logging, metrics, tracing, alerting; ability to read/interpret Appway logs.\nCI/CD and version control (Git, pipelines), multi-environment management.\nKnowledge of banking ecosystems is a plus: core banking, screening (sanctions/PEP/adverse media), ECM/archiving, IAM/SSO.\nFunctional\n\nSolid banking background (private banking/wealth management preferred).\nProven experience in CLM/KYC operations: onboarding, periodic reviews, remediations; FATCA/CRS is a plus.\nAML/KYC knowledge: risk scoring, due diligence, evidence, and auditability.\nAbility to translate business incidents into technical hypotheses and action plans.\n\nSoft Skills\nService-oriented mindset, responsiveness, and clear communication with IT and Business.\nRigor, autonomy, prioritization, and composure in incident situations.\nAnalytical mindset, quality focus, and drive for continuous improvement.\nProfile\n5+ years with Appway/FNZ Studio, with a strong L2/L3 support component in a banking environment.\nHigher education degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
