align with architectural guidelines and interface contracts.\nMaintain and improve existing database artifacts, ensuring performance, stability, and reliability in production.\nCommunicate with adjacent systems across the bank’s information system to ensure end-to-end data consistency and integrity.\nProvide technical support, troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and manage go-lives and production support.\nLeverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, specification drafting, and knowledge sharing where appropriate.\nDocument APIs/interfaces, runbooks, functional and technical specifications to build organizational knowledge.\nKey Qualifications\n7-15 years of experience as an Oracle-focused analyst/developer supporting production systems in complex environments.\nExpert PL/SQL skills, including performance tuning and robust error handling.\nProficiency with UNIX scripting (KornShell ksh or similar) for operational automation and batch orchestration.\nExperience eliciting requirements and producing functional and technical specifications aligned with architecture standards.\nHands-on experience operating and supporting production data platforms (deployments, incident response, stability and performance improvements).\nProven collaboration with business analysts, architects, and development teams across regions and time zones.\nFamiliarity with multi-region, multi-timezone batch processing strategies in banking or similar regulated domains.\nAbility to leverage AI as a productivity tool for documentation and development specifications.\nStrong understanding of secure software and data handling practices in financial services.\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of ODS design patterns and file and event-driven ingestion from core banking systems.\nExposure to downstream integrations and additional RDBMS (e.g., Sybase IQ, MS SQL Server) through batches \nExperience with CI/CD for database changes and schema versioning\nFamiliarity with interface governance, API or messaging integration patterns.Experience in large-scale banking transformation programs (multi-entity, multi-region).\n\nMindset & Soft Skills\nOwnership mentality with a bias for clear, pragmatic solutions under production constraints.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills;
