A strong command of the main\n Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word and\n Excel), together with a good knowledge of the other Microsoft 365\n applications that help users in their day-to-day work (such as Planner,\n Forms, Power Automate and Power BI), will be an asset\n\n Good communication and analytical\n skills\n\n Ability to deal with difficult\n customers\n\n Team
