Based in the UK, you will serve as a key point of contactforInstitutionalandwholesaleclientsacrossthesestrategicallyimportantmarkets,drivingstrong client relationships and contributing to the growth of our business.\nYou will work in close collaboration with the Salespersons responsible for developing business in the region, as well as other internal stakeholders -including investment management professionals, investment specialists, operations, product and compliance teams - to deliver an outstanding client experience at every stage of the client lifecycle, while also playing an active role in business development and CRM strategy.\nKEY RESPONSABILITIES\n1. Client Relationship Management\nBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Institutional and Wholesale clients\n\nWork collaboratively to launch and sustain global and local business consultant partnerships and initiatives.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their requests, queries, and reporting requirements in a timely and professional manner.\n\nWork collaboratively with internal teams - including portfolio management, operations, legal and compliance to meet client requirements at every stage of the client lifecycle.\n\n2. Sales Support\nContribute actively to the design, implementation, and monitoring of the regional sales strategy.\n\nStructure and coordinate the sales effort across all stages of the client lifecycle.\n\nConduct market segmentation, lead qualification analysis, and develop prospecting plans to support client acquisition initiatives.\n\n3. CRM / Salesforce Champion\nServe as the regional Salesforce champion, promoting best practices and driving for the adoption, active and best practice use of CRM.\n\nEnsure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all client data within the CRM system.\n\nDesign and maintain dashboards and reports that provide a clear view of pipeline activity, client engagement, and team performance.\n\nCANDIDATE PROFILE\nExperience & Knowledge\nMinimum 5 years of experience in client services, relationship management, or business development within asset management\n\nFamiliarity with investment products and strategies relevant to Institutional and Wholesale clients (UCITS, segregated mandates, alternatives, …)\n\nA good understanding of the UK Institutional and Wholesale investor landscape and its evolution.\n\nSkills & Competencies\nGood interpersonal and communication skills\n\nProactive with strong initiative and autonomy\n\nStrong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting\n\nHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-\npaced, globally matrixed environment.\n\nCommercially driven, with a client-first approach and a proactive attitude towards business development\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, and ability and\nwillingness to learn and adopt and adapt to new tools.\n\nProficiency in the use of AI tools is an advantage.\n\nLanguages\nFluency in English is essential.\n\nProficiency in French is a strong advantage.\n\nIMC certification strongly preferred for this
