You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize our IT infrastructure, enhance productivity, and improve security.\nKey Responsibilities\nCloud Transformation and Migration\nLead or contribute to on-premises to cloud migration projects, including email, collaboration tools, identity management, and endpoint management.\n\nPlan, execute, and validate migrations from on-premises Exchange, SharePoint, and Active Directory to Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.\n\nAssess and mitigate risks during migration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.\n\nM365 Administration and Optimization\nAdminister and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform and others SaaS services.\n\nConfigure and manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including identity and access management (IAM), conditional access policies, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).\n\nAutomate workflows and processes using PowerShell, Power Automate.\n\nModern Workplace Solutions\nDeploy and manage modern workplace solutions, including Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Workspace One.\n\nImplement and support internal and external collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.\n\nEnsure compliance with security and governance policies for endpoints and cloud services with Purview, Intune.\n\nSecurity and Compliance\nMonitor and enforce security best practices for M365 and cloud environments.\n\nConduct regular audits and implement security controls to protect data and user identities.\n\nCollaborate with the security team to mitigate risks and respond to incidents.\n\nUser Support and Training\nProvide technical support and troubleshooting for M365 and modern workplace issues.\n\nDevelop and deliver training programs to promote user adoption and best practices.\n\nCreate documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides.\n\nCollaboration and Innovation\nWork with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving productivity and collaboration.\n\nEvaluate and recommend new M365 features and third-party integrations.\n\nStay updated on industry trends and actor’s roadmap for cloud and workplace technologies.\n\nQualifications and Skills\n3+ years of experience in administering and supporting Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.\n\nProven experience in leading or contributing to on-premises to cloud migration projects (e.g., Exchange to Exchange Online, SharePoint on-prem to SharePoint Online, AD to Azure AD, on-prem to on cloud configuration management with Intune).\n\nStrong knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Power automate.\n\nExperience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.\n\nFamiliarity with Windows 10/11 deployment, management, and security.\n\nUnderstanding of security best practices (CIS Framework) and identity protection, data governance and compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).\n\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred\nMicrosoft certifications\n\nExperience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Purview, and Sentinel.\n\nKnowledge of hybrid cloud environments (Azure, on-premises AD, and M365 integration).\n\nCore Competencies : Adherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility -
