Reporting to the Production Lead, the\nsuccessful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient plant\noperations, product quality and adherence to Health, Safety, Environment and\nQuality (HSEQ) standards.\n\nKEY\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nThe\nsuccessful candidate will be responsible for:\n\n Operating, monitoring and controlling\n production and packing equipment to ensure safe, efficient and continuous\n plant operations.\n\n Executing production schedules and\n achieving production targets while minimizing downtime.\n\n Ensuring the availability of raw\n materials, packaging materials and other production consumables.\n\n Preparing production lines, carrying out\n product changeovers and maintaining optimum operational efficiency while\n meeting quality standards.\n\n Completing production reports, consumption\n records and operational documentation accurately and within established\n deadlines.\n\n Monitoring equipment performance, carrying\n out routine inspections and promptly reporting abnormalities or equipment\n failures.\n\n Working closely with the Maintenance Team\n to resolve operational issues and improve equipment reliability.\n\n Maintaining high standards of\n housekeeping, cleanliness and organization throughout the plant.\n\n Complying with all Health, Safety,\n Environment and Quality (HSEQ) requirements, including the proper use of\n PPE and safe work practices.\n\n Participating actively in continuous\n improvement and Kaizen initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency and\n product quality.\n\n Promoting teamwork and effective\n communication during shift operations.\n\n Contributing to the production of\n high-quality products and the delivery of excellent customer service.\n\nCANDIDATE\nPROFILE\n\n BT in Production, Industrial Maintenance\n or any related field.\n\n Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a\n manufacturing or industrial environment.\n\n Experience in the construction materials\n industry would be an advantage.\n\n Willingness to work on a shift system.\n\n Sound knowledge of mechanical systems and\n basic electrical principles.\n\n Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office\n applications.\n\n Good problem-solving and analytical\n skills.\n\n Ability to work independently and\n collaboratively within a team environment.\n\n Strong communication and interpersonal\n skills.\n\n Organized, reliable and attentive to\n detail.\n\n Proactive, disciplined and\n results-oriented.\n\n Demonstrates professionalism, integrity\n and a strong commitment to
