# Program Manager Officer (Consultant)

Mission As part of the Project Team, the role will be responsible to support the programme management team of a major transformation initiative. The projects scopes will be cross-functional, with a focus on Trading, Treasury and WM activities. Main responsibilities Programme management support: Coordinate, prepare and facilitate project meetings. Prepare and publish project reporting and presentations for senior management and Executive Committees. Monitor project interdependencies and assess their potential impact. Maintain action, risk, issue and decision logs, and follow up on agreed actions. Ensure stakeholder and sponsor engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively identify risks, issues and delays, and escalate them when appropriate. Support governance, planning and delivery tracking across the programme Capacity and budget planning and monitoring : Coordinate capacity planning and reviews, role changes, onboarding and vacation planning. Monitor capacity and budget consumption Ensure that project budgets are regularly updated and tracked, with exceptions escalated in a timely manner.
