implement corrective actions and systemic fixes\n\nFinancials Control\nMaintain multi-year budget and rolling forecast aligned to delivery phases and releases\nTrack actuals vs. plan; manage variances, accruals, capitalization (CapEx/OpEx)\nDefine and track benefits KPIs with baselines and realization plans tied to releases\nVendor financial governance: PO tracking, SOW alignment, milestone billing, rate cards, burn.\nPartner with Finance on controls, reconciliations, and audit readiness.\nResource, Capacity\nBuild the cross-stream capacity model across FTEs, contractors, and vendors\nBalance demand/supply, manage skills mix, and optimize onboarding/offboarding cadence\nTrack utilization, productivity, and cost-to-serve; define KPI model for flow, predictability, and quality\n\nYour Profile\nExperience and Qualifications\n8-12+ years leading delivery or programme governance in complex, cross-border transformations\nProven accountability for significant budgets across multi-vendor landscapes\nTrack record delivering multi-workstream Tech + Business outcomes at scale\nEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related\nPreferred certifications: PMP/PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe/Scrum, MoP/MoV;
