manage scope changes.\nIdentify and manage project risks and conflicts.\nOversee budgeting processes and control project spend.\nPlan and manage IT resources.\nImplement technical solutions in line with the bank’s software development lifecycle, in partnership with the main software vendor in charge of the delivery.\nCoordinate and participate in testing; obtain customer sign-off.\nPublish project reporting; build and maintain KPIs and KRIs.\nCollect and formalize lessons learned among stakeholders; ensure their application to future projects.\nRequested Skills & Experience\nOverall knowledge of Private Banking processes and IT banking architecture - Familiarity with Asia is a plus (e.g., regulatory environment).\nExperience in the Financial sector (mandatory); experience in Private Banking (mandatory).\nStrong vendor management capabilities.\nAbility to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.\nComfortable with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.\nPlanning and budget control.\nEducation : Engineer (or equivalent technical education).\nExperience : At least 10 years (senior level).\nLanguages : English: Fluent.\nPersonal Skills & Attributes\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProactive, Drive, leadership, and positive attitude;
