We’re looking for a Client Account Manager (CAM) to:
- act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- support clients throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and periodic KYC reviews
- coordinate with internal teams (Client Advisors, Advisory Specialists, Operations, Compliance) to resolve issues efficiently
- monitor deadlines and quality standards for KYC and documentation processes, escalating when necessary
- maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal requirements
• contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance client experience and compliance
