proposition, economics, risks, dependencies, and success metrics\npartner closely with Front Office, Financing, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to enable IB Digital Assets pilots/MVPs in existing IB workflows and operating models\nevaluate internal and external digital/DLT capabilities to determine optimal build, buy, partner, or reuse strategies based on feasibility, maturity, cost, and time to market\nappraise future state IB business and operating models required to scale Digital Assets products and services within IB and Group control frameworks\n• act as a point of contact and thought partner, engaging internal stakeholders and selected external participants to shape IB positioning, partnerships, and market
