process ETD transactions, while being responsible for products during their whole lifecycle (starting from the setup of product up until expiration)
monitor and process pending items, correcting discrepancies during daily workflow
launch investigations, prepare documents, provide information, and compose correspondence with stakeholders
identify and resolve technical and settlement issues with the help of a reconciliation tool

• interact with client relationship teams and other front and middle office teams
