applications with primary focus on building intuitive and scalable user experience using React\nbuild high-quality user interfaces using React, TypeScript, Redux + Thunk, and Vite, with a strong focus on performance, usability, maintainability, and accessibility\ndevelop robust backend services, APIs, and integrations using Java and modern engineering frameworks\ncontribute to the evolution of the applications, helping drive modernization, scalability, automation, and operational excellence\napply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing requirements and developing new features to automated testing and continuous deployment\nbuild reusable UI components and shared engineering capabilities that accelerate delivery across multiple products and services\nensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements\nbuild observability into our solutions, monitor production health, provide L3 support to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues\nleverage AI tooling (GitHub Copilot and similar) in day-to-day development and help the team automate repetitive engineering workflows using MCP-based integrations\nwork comfortably across both modern React paradigms and legacy codebases, including maintaining and evolving React class components, with a solid understanding of component lifecycle methods and migration strategies toward hooks-based architectures\ncontribute to frontend architecture discussions, advocate for client needs and influence the long-term technical direction of the platform\n• share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute regularly to
